Return & Exchange Policy

If the order has been delivered with an incorrect ISBN, or the title or author is different from that originally quoted, returns will be accepted, subject to written authorisation from Elemi International Schools Publisher. If you are in receipt of a damaged book, please kindly contact us to request a return authorisation note. We are unable to accept any returns without prior written authorisation.
